At Kinderly Kids, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Please read the policy below carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Kinderly Kids cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during returns.
